1.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided when opening an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Registering with false information is a serious violation and may result in the immediate closure of the account.
- A real name, address, and contact details must be provided.
- The payment method used on the account must be registered in the account holder's own name.

2 Account Security & Password
Maintaining the security of your bw99 account is your own responsibility. You should not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately.
- Use a strong password that is not used anywhere else.
- It is recommended to change your password regularly.
- In the event of suspicious activity, bw99 may temporarily suspend the account.
- bw99 will not be held responsible for account misuse if login credentials are exposed due to negligence.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Transactions on bw99 are currently supported through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
3.2 Minimum Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 (applicable for each payment method).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, this timeframe may vary during the verification process or under unusual circumstances.
3.4 Source of Funds
All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source. The account holder must use a payment method registered in their own name. Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
bw99 offers new members a bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, and this condition applies to the bonus amount only (not to the deposit plus bonus combined). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- A bonus may be used only once; attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
- bw99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
5 VIP Program & Rewards
bw99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate increases as you advance to higher tiers.
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Tier placement is determined based on a player's ongoing participation and activity. bw99 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.
6 Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention
bw99 is committed to ensuring a fair and honest gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and possible forfeiture of related funds:
- Playing games through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Exploiting technical flaws in any game or system to gain an unfair advantage.
- Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
- Using another person's account or payment method.
